Quad City deal nets Radisson Moline

MOLINE, IL— The 162-room Radisson Moline has been sold here by Ryan Moline, LLC. Moline Hotel, LLC acquired the asset from the seller, which was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ select-service division in the deal.

The hotel contains 56 suites, an indoor pool, a business center, a fitness center and 2,030 square feet of meeting space.

Moline is one of the Quad Cities and its central business district was recently revitalized because of the redevelopment of the John Deere Commons.

“The acquisition of this hotel provided the buyer an opportunity to own a national, award-winning Radisson property and one of the premier lodging assets in the Quad Cities,” said Adam McGaughy, an executive vp for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. “Despite the challenges in the current capital markets, the hotel and market’s operating performance held up and the buyer and seller were able to successfully close the transaction.”
